The hollow steel roll is welded by the roll body and the shaft head or long shaft at both ends. The roll body is made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe, and the shaft head is welded by two sections of short shaft/long shaft and the ring. The material passing on the hollow steel roll is pinched or turned under the pressure and dynamic rotation of the steel roller. It is characterized by high hardness, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and can be used as deflector roll, pinch roll and tension roll, etc. The hollow steel roll is mainly fabricated through the processes of welding, stress relief treatment, finishing and dynamic balance test. It is widely used in cold rolling, galvanizing, color coating, pickling and other production lines in metallurgy and other industries.
